Best Ever Wedges


Wedges


These wedges are the perfect accompaniment to quite a lot of dishes. My family and friends love them and always ask me to make them with pretty much anything we make, hopefully you will love them as much as we do.



Ingredients

Potatoes, cut in to wedges
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp semolina
paprika
cyenne
salt
pepper
cumin
rosemary
thyme
olive oil




Put the wedges of potato on to a baking tray, drizzle lightly with oil and sprinkle with all the ingredients adding as much or as little of the flavourings as you would like. I use about a tsp of each and half a tsp of salt, you can always add more salt after. mix it all together using your hands making sure that each wedge is covered in the seasoning and oil. drizzle a bit more oil on top and put in an oven about 200 Celsius. Apologies for the pictures they were taken when it was dark outside and I had to use my kitchen light. Turning halfway through, cook for 30 mins or until medium brown and crunchy on the outside. they should be lovely and fluffy on the inside.
